Eastern Gaels are delighted to become the 45th member of Meath LGFA following our ratification at a committee meeting this evening.

We would like to sincerely thank Meath LGFA and the LGFA Management Committee for their co-operation and consideration with regard to our application.

We also want to thank the clubs in Meath for your support to date and look forward to meeting and competing with you all in the coming years.

The population of East Meath has grown massively in recent years and will continue to grow. We look forward to giving more opportunity to young people in our community to participate in our National games.

Eastern Gaels are truly honoured and look forward to contributing positively and sportingly to Ladies football in the home of the All-Ireland champions.
