Eastern Gaels is a community based club where everyone is welcome to join.

We develop and promote Gaelic Games in our area. We promote individual development and well-being and strive to enable all of our members to achieve their full potential in their chosen roles.
The club provides the youth of the community a chance to develop in a positive sporting environment while learning the values of teamwork and developing their social skills.
Our club provides a safe place to enjoy sports and make friends. The personal development of all its youngsters is an important goal of the club through commitment, personal dedication and discipline.
Membership is a vital part of ensuring the club’s continued success and development. Whether you are a player, coach, supporter, parent of a player or member of the wider community, we welcome all new members.

Club Policy

I hereby apply to Eastern Gaels GAA Club ("the Club") for membership of the Club and the relevant association (GAA/LGFA).
I subscribe to and undertake to further the aims and objectives of Eastern Gaels GAA Club and of Cumann Luthchleas Gael (The Gaelic Athletic Association) and to abide by its rules which can be found here: https://www.gaa.ie/the-gaa/rules-regulations/
I understand that the personal data on this form ("Personal Data") will be used by the club and the GAA for the contractual purpose of registering and maintaining my membership.
I understand that the personal data will be retained by the club and the GAA for such period as my membership subsists.
I understand that I can resign my membership by writing to the club or the GAA and my personal data will be erased.
I understand that my personal data will also be used for administration purposes to maintain my membership including club and team administration, registrations, team sheets, referee reports, disciplinary matters, injury reports, transfers, sanctions, permits and for statistical purposes.
I understand that if I do not provide my personal data my membership cannot be registered with the Club and the GAA.
I give permission for the club to provide me with updates regarding club activities such as matches, meetings, club events, ticket sales, social occasions and other club events.
I am aware that my photograph or video image may be taken whilst attending or participating in games or activities connected to the club and I consent to it being used by the Club for items like match reports, event reports on the Club Website (www.easterngaels.ie) or Social Media.
I agree to be bound by the principles set out in the GAA Code of Behaviour when participating, playing or attending our Gaelic Games.
